Paradise Beauty Maids Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Paradise Beauty Maids (“Paradise Beauty Maids,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and your use of our website and related digital platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, booking a service, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.


1. Definitions

  • “Client,” “you,” “your” – the person or entity requesting or receiving Services from Paradise Beauty Maids.

  • “Services” – residential or commercial cleaning services and related offerings provided by Paradise Beauty Maids, as well as associated digital and communication services.

  • “Site” – our website and any associated online pages or forms.


2. Eligibility

You must:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and

  2. Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization.

By booking or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.


3. Scope of Services

3.1 Description of Services
Paradise Beauty Maids provides luxury cleaning services for residential homes, vacation estates, and commercial spaces as described on our Site, estimates, or service proposals. The specific scope for each visit will be outlined in your quote, service agreement, or booking confirmation.

3.2 Customizations & Limitations

  • We may customize the cleaning plan based on your property, preferences, and budget.

  • Certain tasks (e.g., mold remediation, large-scale hoarding cleanouts, hazardous waste removal, exterior/roof work, pest removal, home repairs) are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to decline or modify any requested service that we deem unsafe, unreasonable, or outside our standard offerings.

3.3 Changes to Services
We may update, expand, reduce, or modify our Services from time to time. Any significant changes that affect a scheduled service will be communicated to you in advance when feasible.


4. Bookings, Scheduling & Access

4.1 Booking Confirmation
Your service is considered confirmed once we have:

  • Agreed on a date, time, and scope of work; and

  • Received any required deposit or written confirmation (including email, SMS, or signed estimate/agreement).

4.2 Client Responsibilities for Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, including but not limited to:

  • Entry instructions (keys, codes, concierge, etc.)

  • Parking access or instructions

  • Clear notice of security systems, pets, and any restricted areas

If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time due to missing or incorrect instructions, this may be treated as a late cancellation (see Section 5).

4.3 Pets & Safety
You agree to secure any pets that may interfere with or pose a safety risk during cleaning. You also agree to disclose any known hazards in the property (e.g., broken fixtures, exposed wiring, hazardous materials).


5. Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

5.1 Client Cancellations & Rescheduling
To help us manage staffing and schedules:

  • We request at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked service.

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee up to [e.g., 50%] of the scheduled service amount.

(You can adjust the % to match your actual policy.)

5.2 No-Show / Access Issues
If our team arrives and is unable to gain access or begin the cleaning due to client actions or omissions (locked out, incorrect code, unsecured pets, unsafe conditions, etc.), we may treat this as a no-show and charge up to the full scheduled service fee.

5.3 Cancellations by Paradise Beauty Maids
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule as soon as possible.


6. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

6.1 Rates & Estimates

  • Service fees are based on property size, condition, frequency, and requested scope.

  • Any pricing provided (verbal, written, or online) is an estimate unless explicitly stated as a fixed fee.

  • If the property condition differs substantially from the description provided, we may adjust the rate or scope after discussing with you.

6.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is typically due at or before the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified by us.

  • Invoices not paid by the due date may incur late fees or interest as permitted by law.

6.3 Taxes & Fees
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges imposed by law. Taxes may be added to your invoice as required.


7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your property and service needs.

  • Remove or safely store valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable objects before our arrival, or clearly identify them as “do not touch.”

  • Disclose any special instructions, sensitive surfaces, or materials requiring specific care.

  • Maintain a safe environment free of unlawful or hazardous conditions.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed pre-existing conditions, improper installations, or misuse of items/surfaces prior to our service.


8. Satisfaction, Re-Cleans & Limitations

8.1 Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, you agree to notify us within 24–48 hours of the service (we recommend 24 hours) so we can address your concerns.

8.2 Re-Clean Policy

  • At our discretion, we may offer a re-clean of specific areas to address reasonable concerns.

  • Re-cleans must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe and do not constitute a refund.

  • We do not guarantee outcomes that are beyond the scope of standard cleaning (e.g., permanent stains, damage, or wear and tear).

8.3 Photographs
With your permission, we may take non-identifying before-and-after photos of work areas for quality control, training, and marketing purposes. Personal or sensitive areas are excluded unless expressly agreed.


9. Damage, Loss & Liability

9.1 Accidental Damage
We take great care in your home or office. In the rare event of accidental damage caused by our team:

  • You must report the issue to us in writing within 24–48 hours with details and photos.

  • We may, at our discretion, repair, replace, or reimburse for the item up to its current value, subject to reasonable verification.

9.2 Exclusions
We are not liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear or deterioration of items or surfaces

  • Pre-existing damage, including stains, scratches, loose fixtures, old grout, etc.

  • Items that were already unstable, improperly installed, or not designed to be cleaned in the manner requested

  • Loss or damage to cash, jewelry, or other valuables not properly secured or disclosed

9.3 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paradise Beauty Maids’ total liability arising out of or related to the Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


10. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Our Services are provided with reasonable care and skill, consistent with professional cleaning industry standards.

  • Except as expressly provided in these Terms, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond those described in your service scope (e.g., removal of permanent stains, complete allergen elimination, or the prevention of future dirt/damage).


11. Electronic Communications & SMS/Text Messages

By providing your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you using electronic communications, including emails and SMS/text messages, for purposes related to:

  • Service confirmations, reminders, and updates

  • Feedback requests and follow-up messages

  • Important notices about your account or our policies

  • Marketing communications, where permitted by law and subject to your consent

SMS Privacy & Sharing

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying “STOP” or as otherwise instructed, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the “unsubscribe” link or by contacting us directly. Standard message and data rates may apply.

12. Intellectual Property (Website & Content)

All content on our Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design (“Content”), is owned by or licensed to Paradise Beauty Maids and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Content without our prior written consent.

  • You may view, print, or download a copy of the Content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not remove any proprietary notices.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation, payment, or restriction, to the extent permitted by law.


13. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Site or communications may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment processors, booking platforms, social media pages). We are not responsible for:

  • The content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services; or

  • Any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.


14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paradise Beauty Maids and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Services;

  • Your breach of these Terms; or

  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.


15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Honolulu, Hawaii, administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by one (1) arbitrator, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

You and Paradise Beauty Maids agree:

  • To waive any right to a jury trial; and

  • That any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a class action.

(Your attorney can confirm if arbitration/class waiver is appropriate for you.)


16. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. The updated Terms are effective as of the date posted.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Services.


17. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any written service agreement, estimate, or policy referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Paradise Beauty Maids regarding the Services.
